Wherever used, the expression "the Company" shall be deemed to include The LA Home Global Ltd., it's agents and sub-contractors, and wherever used "the Purchaser" shall be deemed to include the purchaser or buyer of goods and services from The LA Home Global Ltd.  Wherever used, the expression "the Goods" shall be deemed to mean the products described in the order.

By accessing this website and/or placing your order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement in its entirety between the Purchaser and the Company in respect of the use of our products, and services, and of our website, and they supersede any and all prior arrangements, agreements and representations.

The information contained in this site, including, but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the site may be subject to change without prior notice to the Purchaser, and the changes will be updated on the company website and will take effect on the day they are posted.

Product Information


We endeavour to be as accurate as possible when making descriptions of our products, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website are accurate, reliable, current, complete or free from error.  We also endeavour to ensure all the sizes, dimensions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible, however, these are approximate measurements.  The Company reserves the right to change price specifications or occasionally alter the design of Goods without prior notice.  The Company cannot accept these changes as defects or faults in Goods.

The listing of an item does not guarantee the Goods are currently in stock.

Should the Company be notified or made aware of an error in price or description of Goods, the Purchaser will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity.  The Purchaser will be offered the opportunity to proceed with the order of their Goods or to terminate or revise the order.  This will be the extent of the Company's liability.

All quoted despatch and delivery dates are given bona fide and the Company will make every effort to adhere to those dates.  The Company shall not accept any liability to despatch or deliver within such a time and the dates for despatch and delivery may incur extended periods de to manufacturing limitations, factory shutdowns or holiday periods.  The delivery of Goods to the delivery/shipping address will act as the delivery of Goods completed except where an agreement of installation has been mutually pre-agreed between the Purchaser and the Company.

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, an import tax and local sales taxes cost may be charged to the Purchaser.  These costs will vary between countries and your local government determines duty and customs charges.  The Company is not liable for payment of any such costs in relation to import tax or any other local sales taxes.


Orders cannot be cancelled except with the written consent and confirmation of the Company and on terms that will indemnify the Company against loss.  Notice to cancel must be given in writing by email within three days of despatch of acknowledgement or order.  (Cancellations made over the telephone will NOT be valid until they are confirmed in writing (by email).

The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if they are unable to fulfil the order due to stock levels.  In such situations the liability of the Company will extend as far as refunding the Purchaser any payment pertaining to that invoice that has been paid so far.

Please note: For orders of personalised items, these cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

Guarantee and Liability

It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect the condition of the Goods immediately on delivery and to report any defects to the Company via email within three days.  The Company is unable to accept returned Goods or requests to return Goods from third party clients.  Once the Goods are in the possession of the Purchaser, the agreement with the Company is complete and the Company will no longer take ownership or liability for the Goods.

The Company will not accept return of Goods or requests to return Goods which are made to measure, or bespoke Goods unless they have manufacturing defects or faults, and have followed the agreed design instruction from the customer.

Requests for return of Goods should be made via email to hello@thelahome.co.uk (see Returns).

All Goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.  The manufacturer's guarantee will within this period of 12 months repair, or, at our discretion, replace any goods which are proved to our satisfaction to be defective in material or workmanship, provided always that this obligation will not apply where the goods have been altered in any way whatsoever,or have been misused or had an unauthorised repair, or the Goods have been improperly installed or the Purchaser has failed to notify the Company of any defect or suspected defect immediately they are aware of.

The Company liability will under no circumstances extend beyond the repair or replacement of the Goods supplied by the Company. Claims for either labour in replacement or damage to property are not admissible.  Any Goods replaced will belong to the Company.

The Purchaser is required to advise the Company immediately should the Goods not be received within 10 days of the advice, otherwise, no claim for non-delivery can be accepted, and no claim for damage in transit or shortages will be accepted if signed for "received in good condition", or "unchecked", or "short delivered".  In this instance the Company should be notified in writing within 3 days after delivery.


Should the customer wish to return an item, they must make The LA Home aware of this within 48 hours of receiving the item, stating their details, i.e., Full Name, Email Address, order number of goods they want to return and the reason for returning, a) faulty item; b) damage (giving details and photographic evidence); c) ordered wrong product; d) received wrong product: e) other (giving details).

Please note: Sale items, earrings and personalised items cannot be returned.

Prices & Payment

The price of the Goods shall be the price set out by the Company when you place an order.  Payment for the Goods is required on demand.  The Purchaser can review their orders at any time by logging in to the "My Account" section of the website.

Occasionally, the Company will offer Goods at sale or discounted price which are not included in, or subject to other offers that we may run form time to time on the website (for example, percentage discounts off the value of your Goods as they have already been discounted).

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure in performing its obligations under the contract to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by an event which by its nature could not have been foreseen.  Or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including, but not limited to strikes, industrial disputes, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, natural disasters such as fire, flood, storm, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, failure of energy source or failure of natural resources or default of suppliers or subcontractors.


The privacy of the Purchaser is important to us the Company and we need to inform you of how we collect and use your information, why we need it and how we use it.

We collect information from you the Purchaser from the information you provide us with, what we automatically collect from your use of our website and information we may collect from third parties.

The information we collect from what you provide us with is your name and contact details, including phone number, email address, mailing address and password.  This is necessary to send order confirmations and notices.  We may also collect specific profile information from you such as date of birth, gender, location, and preferred language.  As necessary to proceed with payments we will also collect your credit card/debit card number, expiration date of card and security/cvv number.  We may also hold information on your income and employment, on how you have communicated with us via service calls, chat and instant messages or communications with our social media channels.  Your participation in promotions and other user generated content will also enable us to hold information on you, i.e., product reviews, forum posts and survey responses.
